The manufacturing facilities at SUNIJ employ an excellent staff of highly experienced professionals in production, quality control, formulations development, marketing and sales, and finance and accounts. Most of the management team has been with the organization for over 20+ years creating an environment of a single family unit.
SUNIJ understands that for achieving superior overall quality constant development and training of the staff is a must. Our work culture aims to encourage active participation by every member of the organization. Continuous efforts are being made to enrich human resources with the aid of refresher courses and ongoing training.
